This is for archiving the Mozilla Guides (guides.mozilla.org) website.

David, do you know who the owner is for this site?

Yes, Gandalf and Milos own it, but it is an active site.  It may make sense to merge the content into wiki.m.o but as of know they are maintaining it and even planning on updating it.

Closing as wontfix for now.

This site will also need to be touched, as it will require a Privacy Policy link be added to the footer.

I believe Gandalf and Milos already plan to add a privacy policy to the site -- they're adding a new theme based on the mozilla.org design and are just copying it's footer.
