Steps to reproduce:

1. Open (new) Twitter.com
2. Open a conversation with enough replies to have a scrollbar
3. Scroll the conversation layer slightly

Notice the anti-aliasing change on the text. Text appears thinner and poorly rendered. When scrolling has stopped for a second, correct rendering appears.

Please test with tomorrow's nightly (Fx 7), bug 647560 is fixed.
This appears to no longer be an issue, though we do still have problems with active vs inactive layers.
