Steps to reproduce: 1. Open (new) Twitter.com 2. Open a conversation with enough replies to have a scrollbar 3. Scroll the conversation layer slightly Notice the anti-aliasing change on the text. Text appears thinner and poorly rendered. When scrolling has stopped for a second, correct rendering appears.

This appears to no longer be an issue, though we do still have problems with active vs inactive layers.
