When I change my "smart scrolling" preference in the Appearance Control panel, Moz windows must be reloaded to recognise the change. i.e. I switch from "one arrow at each end" to "both arrows at the same end" and Mozilla does not switch until I make a new Window or reload the existing one. This depends on another bug I know about. I'll mark presently...

But don't people just change this once, at most? I think it is very low priority, if we ever do it. ->evaughan, p5/future. If anyone really cares, feel free to take the bug.

Hmmm, yes the bug it depends on will probably fix it automatically. I really just entered it to track the issue and demonstrate on reason why bug 57799 is important
