Sync on Minefield (20101210)
I synced my mobile data on to my desktop and I see that all my bookmarks have been duplicated, some twice, some thrice and some more than that.
I am attaching the screenshot of it and the sync log as well.

Thanks for the logs, these will be very helpful. For now you can restore your bookmarks from a backup. Sync creates bookmark backups before each Sync. Go to Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> star icon -> Restore -> ...
