I was going to make fun of JSSh for being so outdated that it still has a contents.rdf, but then I noticed http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/other-licenses/branding/firefox/content/contents.rdf. I couldn't remember, but devmo says that it stopped being the right thing to use in 1.8, and stopped being used at all in 1.9.2.
