Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start HTML5 video in fullscreen mode (for instance on YouTube) 2. Hover mouse pointer over controls Actual Results: Controls hide and then immediately unhide continuously Expected Results: Controls remain visible all the time
