Build id: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101212 Firefox/4.0b8pre Comment: "<!-- TODO l10n -->" http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/preferences/sync.xul#150 "Add a device" is already available but as a title/header (addDevice.title.label in browser/chrome/browser/syncSetup.dtd), so I'm quite sure that not all locales would be comfortable reusing that string for a label that calls an action.
This bug should probably have some dependencies toward bug 602682, but since that's already resolved/fixed I'm not sure what's the right thing to do.
