Yep, the ANGLE guys are aware of that and fixing it already. But I'll send them the link to your testcase to be sure. See the latest patch at the bottom of: http://code.google.com/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=40
This should be considered a final+ blocker. However there's no worry: it'll be fixed the next time we update our ANGLE copy.
