Fennec nightly build installs in Dutch as default language and does not have English locale.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fennec 12/16 nightly build.
Actual Results:
Fennec nightly build installs in Dutch as default language and does not have English locale.
Expected Results:
Fennec nightly build should install in English as default language and should have English locale.

I can also reproduce this issue on Nokia N900 (Maemo GTK), Build Id: Mozilla/5.0(Maemo;Linux armv7l; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20101216 Firefox/4.0b9pre Fennec/4.0b4pre

I'm going to guess this is because of bug 575751.
If so, we need to fix the logic to always include en-US, or update bug 613411's fixes to always include en-US in MOZ_CHROME_MULTILOCALE.

I'd think adding en-US to the locale list would be good, that's what we do for shipped-locales, too.

The new nightlies are working OK. Do we close this bug or keep it open for wait for:
