Downloading continues if the other windows are closed. "Saving file" dialog remains and Mozilla cannot be restarted. This problem happens with Linux and Win32 build.
This seems like a feature, not a bug. This behavior is the same for NS 4.7x. Mozilla only gets killed when the last window exits.
Leaving the download window open when all browser/mail/etc windows are closed is the correct behavior, but not being able to open a new browser window by running mozilla.exe while Mozilla is already running is a problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 50424 ***
