62036 - Browser hangs on checking for 'User encryption when storing data'

To reproduce,
1.) Visit http://www.hotmail.com/ and enter any name and password.
2.) When prompted to remember the logon, choose yes.
3.) Click on Edit-> Preferences-> Advanced-> Passwords.
4.) Select "Use encryption when storing sensitive data" and click OK.

Actual result: The browser hangs

Expected result: The user should be asked to create master password.

I think I'm getting this on Linux as well - I can also trigger a freeze by going
to Tasks -> Privacy and Security -> Encrypt Sensitive Information. Suggest
marking Platform/OS to All if someone can confirm on Windows. Looks like this
bug was reported a while back, was fixed, then came back again. Also note that I
have PSM 1.3 installed.

Dupe of bug 58417 and Release noted: "Mac and Linux. To avoid a crash before 
encrypting your stored passwords for the first time (Tasks>Privacy and 
Security>Password Manager>Encrypt Sensitive Information), select Tasks>Privacy 
and Security>Password Manager>Change Personal Security Password and setup a new 
password.
