I'm not sure where the logo guide went to (or if it is still around), but the top google hit for "firefox logo" points to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/about/logo which is now a 404 (I assume with the new site) I was unable to browse around the site and find the logo guide page, which is a problem in and of itself if that page is still intended to be around.
The logo guide pages were removed in Bug 615719. We've added a redirect for the logo guide URLs to the new media center to trunk in r79663. and merged to stage in r79669.
