Very obscure and hard to hit, but I did just hit it in a VM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20101220 Firefox/4.0b9pre.

STR:
1. "Add a device"
2. Type in the entire code
3. Click "I don't have this device with me"
4. Click "Back"

The next button is disabled, so I had to delete the last part of the sync key and type it in again.
