Now that you have code to resize popup windows, we should make context menus resizable. This would eliminate the need for a pref to decide on the size of context menus ("size to fit contents" versus "fixed size of ___px"). This size should obviously be persistent across sessions. This is also required because it would provide a solution to the "long title" problem, when you bookmark a page with a huge title and it gets cropped because it is too long -- this would let you resize the menu to see as much of it as you want.

VERIFIED. This is great, my count of filed and verified bugs this week just went up and I had to do almost no work! I should do this more often! Let's see... Ooh, I know, I'll file a bug about not being able to resize the back button.
