This bug makes so-called Apply ridicules when you hold the focus anyway... at last...YELLING:I hate tab-like add-ons manager....any chance we got a 3.5, 3.6 like addon manager? Reproducible: Always

I just learn the word modal... I mean, in add-on manager, opening an option windows of any add-on, the pop-up option windows is modal. it doesn't make sense, especially those option windows got a APPLY button... apply... yet you still got to close the windows, very inconvenient for tweaking the setting of addon.
Thanks for your reply. The issue you are talking about has already been filed as bug 588720. It's on our list but but will probably not make it for Firefox 4.0.

In Firefox 3.6, add-ons' dialogue isn't modal, so is it in OS X as you said in the other duplicate bug.
