The topics widget is marked as required, so Firefox 4 won't let you actually submit the KB revision form, since it never has data in it.

Validation unfailed here: https://github.com/jsocol/kitsune/commit/341382bddf9ccca73b9193c696216eff0664df0f QA: to test this, submit the form in Firefox 4 as in the screenshot (attachment 499287 [details]), but you shouldn't see the validation message this time.
