Details
1.) Open PSM and click on Certificates and Authorities.
2.) Click on AddTrust External Root, then on delete and delete.
What happens: The CA is not deleted.
11/6 Win98 and Linux commercial builds. Could not test on Mac and WinNT.

Reopening. Deleting a CA now crashes Linux, Mac and WinNT, and Win98 crashes in
docshell.dll.
