Setting a minimun text size doesn't work in most places since the text inside "divs" gets overlaped.

I think It will be more practical to "adjust zoom automatically for minimun text size", so that a zoom is applied when the webpage text size on screen is too small. Zooming keeps the scale and doesn't overlap texts.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set "minimun text size to 16px"
2.Visit any "complex" webpage with a lot of divs. Here is an example:
http://www.carrefouronline.carrefour.es/noalimentacion/SubHome.aspx?itemMarcado=catalog310024&navAction=push&navCount=0&itemId=catalog310024&nivel_desplegado 
3.See the overlaped text result.


Actual Results:  
The text renders overlaped. Sometimes forms are broken since the submit button gets hidden.

Expected Results:  
The page render "normally" with a zoom in applied.

Attachment: Screenshots with tests done

The screenshots shows the text overlapped when using a minimun text size. The text renders "OK" when disabling a minimun text size and "zooming-in" to make the text larger.

I created a new profile. In fact, I tested it on Windows 7, to be sure there was not a problem related to text fonts on Linux. I attach the screenshots with the tests done.
