This site times out for me, but if I run a socks proxy server and connect
through that it works fine. I did not think it was a mozilla problem, but since
other people have experienced the same I guess it is. I am running mozilla on
Debian GNU/Linux I think this is a CVS snapshot from the 1.2 branch on 2002-10-28.

I have the same thing with my bank http://cbbehb4.cd.citibank.be and also with
the Barclays site. I've turned off TLS and am running Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U;
Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
I've looked around the bug reports. It seems that the secure web server is
actually the problem (although I don't consider this proven since there seems to
be a whole range of web servers (Netscape, MS, IBM) showing this problem). The
indicated solution was to turn off TLS, but this hasn't worked for me.
If it's _really_ an issue with the bank's web server, I'm willing to send a
Dutch translation of the Tech Letter.

This site has worked perfectly for me since I switched to Phoenix/Firebird in
late 2002. I've never noticed any difference between the two browsers on the
Barclays IBank site, so I assume this bug has long been fixed?
