I fixed the incorrect h5 closing tag and removed the duplicate meta.  Please let me know if this fixes the validation issues.

Your patch doesn't have to do with anything this bug is about. The problem is in <br /> element that is the first child of <video>, while validator expects source.

I filed the bug, and that patch was what was needed at the time. I'm afraid incompetence has caused new bugs, but these are obviously out of scope for this bug.
