No wonder this test is randomly failing. It relies on a video's poster image load beating timeout. There's no reliable way to test this which is spec compliant. We could listen to the "load" event which bubbles out of the video element when the second poster image loads, but that event is not supposed to be fired (bug 516811), so we shouldn't rely on that. I propose we just delete the test instead.
