Details

Fennec fires custom events BookmarkOpen and BookmarkRemoved, which appear to be unused, and BookmarkCreated which is used only for browser-chrome tests. We should remove these events if they are unneeded, or possibly replace them with something using nsINavBookmarkObserver.
