This was filed as an enhancement but I would view it as a bug. The current Paste & Go context menu option doesn't have a visible accelerator key allowing quick keyboard interaction.

Paste & Go was specifically designed as a feature for mouse-driven users.

To Paste & Go using the keyboard:
If the url bar is already focused, use Ctrl/Cmd+V, Enter.
Otherwise, Ctrl/Cmd+L, Ctrl/Cmd+V, Enter.
