622340 - Image on new tab modal alerts does not appear immediately

Breaking out from bug 620145 comment 5.

The "prompt type" image (ie: question mark for a confirm prompt) shown on the new tab modal alerts, takes longer to appear than the rest of the alert window/dialog and description text. This only occurs the first time that an alert is shown that Firefox session.

STR:
1) Using a new profile, sign into a Gmail account.
2) Go to compose message.
3) Enter an email address and a subject line, but leave the message body blank.
4) Press send.
5) Watch the confirm alert render.

Expected:
- The confirm alert appears promptly, with the dialog, text and image appearing at the same time.

Actual:
- The first time the dialog is shown that Firefox session, the confirm dialog and text appears promptly, but the image takes slightly longer to appear (approx half a second).
- Subsequent times that session, the image appears immediately, as per expected results.

Occurs using:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20110101 Firefox/4.0b9pre ID:20110101030401

I would suspect this is just the usual async loading of images, perhaps made a bit worse by us doing some style flushes while bringing up the dialog? Not sure if there's really much that could be done here.

FWIW on my older system the "?" takes about 3 seconds to appear.

The image was removed intentionally in this changeset:
http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b5314bc1a926
(See Bug 613749 comment 39)

Therefore since there is now no image, this bug does not occur.

Which makes this bug INVALID or WONTFIX , not FIXED
