Steps to Reproduce --------------------------------------- 1. When Firefox is first opened you try and copy paste anything in any program Firefox freeze 2. Once you close Firefox, it doesn't happen again until you reboot computer. 3. What should have happened: --------------------------------------- Nothing, Firefox shouldn't freeze up. What actually happened: ---------------------------------------- Windows 7 64 bit. Started with last Firefox upgrade.
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile
The problem is a bit inconsistent. I have tried it a couple times in safe mode and it hasn't done it. I will be testing empty profile soon. Thanks.
