It takes someone to do a source review, and then to add it to the build.

Not sure what else it'd take to actually drive this to release, that would have been on Simon's lap.

I've started reviewing on this with a quick look at compare-locales. The output generally looks good. I'll hopefully be doing a more detailed review on Saturday/Sunday of this week.

These will turn into nightly builds after the next nightly trigger point.
