Using the Automatic proxy configuration is not working at all.
Using manual proxy settings works OK.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Automatic proxy configuration URL, in this case
proxy1.ecom.dec.com:8080
2. Try to access any page

Actual Results:  If I use the bookmarks or personal toolbar I get the following 
output:

Expected Results:  Loaded the prox settings and displayed the page.

Proxies work if I enter them manually.
Automatic proxy URL works with NS 4.76 on same machine.
