In order to integrate the PSM/NSS into the Mozilla builds, there were some
Makefile changes necessary to get the whole thing to work.

One requirement that the UNIX Mozilla builds have that NSS doesn't is the
ability to build a tree into a directory not a part of the tree without creating
any new files in your current tree. To do this, I passed a new OBJDIR to NSS
Makefiles and many other variables to get it to populate different directories.

I also modified some Makefiles that copy source files around the tree to compile
the file directly instead of copying the files within the tree.

Patch will be attached shortly.

Currently verifying that patch doesn't break anything for building NSS with mozilla.
FYI, with the attached patch the build instructions for NSS 3.11 still work.
We are going to integrate NSS into mozilla builds without introducing yet
another variety on how to build.
