The scrollbar's displayed in a select box when it is expanded are using the
system theme rather then Mozilla's theme.  Dispite having an awkard appearance,
as the system theme is being drawn using a different palatte to the Mozilla
theme this draws the scrollbars with the wrong palatte.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla
2. Open a select box that requires a scrollbar on the listbox.

Actual Results:  Scrollbar drawn using system theme, with system palatte.

Expected Results:  Scrollbar drawn using mozilla theme and mozilla palatte.

Solaris v.8, 8-bit frame buffer, M18.

This is caused by the use of native scrollbars.  This should be fixed when bug
18895 is fixed

The bug of using a different theme will be taken care of when we switch to 
XBL-based controls. The wrong palette issue I will defer to waqar.

It looks like this bug is gtk1-only. The GTK1 branch is dying (if not dead
already) in favour of the GTK2 branch. Proposing WONTFIX.
