Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a file download from a website (e.g a zip file from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/) 2. Wait until the file is completely downloaded. Actual Results: No "Downloads complete" notification. Expected Results: You should get a "Downloads Complete" notification slider in the lower right of your screen. Not reproducible on Win 7 and Win XP.

Still no changes - no message about download completing. (Firefox 15 @ OS X 10.7.4)
