After downloading a file has completed the notification slider with the link "All files have finished downloading" doesn't appear in the right corner.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a file download from a website (e.g a zip file from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/)
2. Wait until the file is completely downloaded.
Actual Results:
No "Downloads complete" notification.
Expected Results:
You should get a "Downloads Complete" notification slider in the lower right of your screen.
Not reproducible on Win 7 and Win XP.

This issue is also reproducible on Mac OS X 10.7 - the 'Downloads Complete' notification is not displayed in the lower right side of the screen.
Still no changes - no message about download completing.
