Anne van Kesteren's research (<https://bitbucket.org/annevk/webencodings/>) suggests that all other browsers already do this. I think we should match.

I missed out on those at first since the data is rather more limited; they aren't supported by Opera, Chrome and Safari on Windows. Some aren't even supported by IE. However, I guess it makes sense to do those too. I left out x-mac-gurmukhi, as Safari on Mac apparently does something strange there and I didn't have data from any other browser.
