scroller appears only after collapse-expand, not after just expand
Reporter is this still a problem in the latst nightlies?
Just tested it on 2001-01-03, still a problem. Using OS/2 build, modern theme.
This is another OS/2 only bug. We're looking at it.

sounds like bug 59108...since this is problem on other platforms [eg, linux].
