We should hook MDN's static assets (JS/CSS/images) up to our CDN, if IT agrees.

SSL CDN is too much work for the value right now. WONTFIX'ing this until it becomes painful.

It's also costly to do SSL CDNs which is one of the primary reasons we didn't move forward on this.

Until we see user-submitted bugs about slow demo resources, I think we can WONTFIX this. When we get user bugs about slow demo's, we know we can look into moving demo resources to non-SSL CDN.
