The upload is everytime ~140 KBit/s. I have made with Opera the same speedtests and the upstream is there ~600 KBit/s. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make any speedtest on a website Actual Results: The upload is ~140 KBit/s Expected Results: The upload should be ~600 KBit/s

What speedtests ? http://speedtest.net/ for instance is using Flash, and you also need to be sure that it's the same version. And the same proxyserver, etc ... My own speedtests (using <http://speedtest.net/>) show hardly any difference between Firefox 4.0b9pre, Chrome 8.0.552.224 and IE 8 on Windows XP : around 19.1 Mbps download and 2.54 Mbps upload.
For example this speedtest: http://www.wieistmeineip.de/speedtest/run.php Maybe only the Linux version is affected. I haven't a native windows installed to test this.
I have tested this again with Firefox 4.0 final and it works now for me.
