The time on buildbot master is Fri Jan  7 01:43:25 PST 2011, but its actually 00:43...

This is confusing tinderbox.
Corrected the time and, for now, added a root cron job to keep it updated.
Enabled ntp on that host. Should prevent it from happening again.
