Users on Mac OS X can not use the tab key to bring focus on drop down menus. The drop down menu is simply skipped and focus is brought to the next text field.

Other users have reported this problem here,
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/672299

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a website with text boxes and drop down menus on Mac OS X.
2. Put focus on first text box.
3. Try to use tab to bring focus to a drop down menu.
Actual Results:
Only text boxes are focused on. Tab menus are skipped.

Expected Results:
Tab should bring focus to drop down menus.

I marked this as major as this affects people who would not be able to use a mouse.
Tested on Mac OS X 10.6.6 Build 10H574
