Currently the main way to launch chatzilla is via Tools | Chatzilla. As the menu bar is hidden by default in Windows 7 in firefox 4 the natural place to have the entry would be the new firefox menu button. This menu is supposed to have extension entries at the bottom (between full screen and exit entries). It would be more convenient and discoverable to have the entry there as well as the hidden tools menu.

I noticed that, at least in Firefox 7, the XUL templating insertion is making a bit of a weird mess with the placement of the ChatZilla menu item in the old Tools menu (I believe because the first ID listed exists but isn't in the same menu) so I also added a new ID to stop it appearing at the bottom, which looked pretty weird.
