62439 - HTML replies do not display quoted text

Current Behavior:

HTML messages with quoted text (from replies) do not display the quoted text.


Expected Behavior:

All text in an email message should be displayed, regardless of if it is in a
quote region.


To reproduce:

* Open Mail/News

* Send yourself an HTML email (make sure it's not empty :)

* Reply to the HTML email you just sent yourself.  Make sure the reply quotes
the orignal message.  Add a little more text at the beginning or end, and send
yourself the reply.

* When you view the reply to your message to yourself, you will only see the
text of the reply, and not the quoted original message.

Please provide us with your buildID to make it even better, thanx! I cannot
reproduce using buildID 2000121520 on win32. Can you say if it a recent
regression? Thanx!

I could not reproduce this problem using today's build on any one of
platforms(win98, mac, linux).
