624475 - Buttons in title bar are looking out of place when the cursor is on them

The "List all tabs" button and when there are enough tab then "Open a new tab" and "scrolling tabs left or right" buttons turn gray when the cursor is hovering them making them look out of place.
It seems that when they are hovered or clicked then they look like when the tabs aren't in the title bar. 

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Out of player buttons is they are hovered or clicked

Expected Results:  
They should blend in the title bar

Happens with Windows XP using Luna theme

Already fixed. Can be closed.
