Using build 2000120804 I'm not able to login with auto fill-in of the form. It
seems to me that this page is using bad HTML techniques. And it's also missing a
part of the bottom. e.a. No </body> and </html> and that's why you must use a
trick to overcome this problem like this: right mouse/Stop or reload form! And
only then I get a small window with options for login in Bugzilla.
Note that this page should get an update a.s.a.p. It's this one:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi
Who is responsible for this?
How long does it take before getting any response?
I have a wonderfull browser, with integrated form manager, but I can't use it!
This is annoying, ans should be fixed real soon!
Thank you, HJ.
Summary: Login does not work for me → Form manager does not start on Bugzilla login page!

Well I'm sorry about that. We're all volunteering our time to Bugzilla and
you're not paying any of us, so we can't always guarantee prompt attention.
Do not resolve your bug reports without giving a valid reason. A week is
unfortunately not a long time for a non-urgent bug report to be waiting. And
don't reopen them just to get attention, it will likely only annoy people. And
nobody's going to bother with a resolved report.
This being said, I did look at this earlier, but I think I must have run out of
internet time or had a browser crash or something and it slipped through.
Firstly, try a later build of Mozilla. I haven't seen any other reports of this
so it might no longer be a problem.
On the other hand, I can't see any reason anyone would be filling query.cgi,
since you can either use stored queries or just bookmarks the results to do the
same thing. Hence no one else might have noticed.
I need to see if this is still happening on a later build of Mozilla, and if so,
file a separate bug against Mozilla since the form manager should probably
handle the invalid HTML.
And what exactly is the problem here, ie what exactly doesn't work (such as menu
items), and what happens? On my Mozilla version the buttons on the "Edit" menu
seem to work, but then I'm not that familiar with the fill feature.
Thank you Matthew, but you need to login with that page, right? And I'm already
using the latest build, but still the same problem. And as stated in my first
comment, the form manager doesn't get started. You need a trick to let that one
start. And that's just a shame for the mozilla.org! Develop a browser with all
sort of functions, but they don't use them one there own site!!

OK, the mozilla bug is bug #53956, and the Bugzilla bug now has a later
duplicate that has been worked on.
