Tags from properties on Library window are not updated if the changes are made in browser window. The modifications appear only if you select something else (bookmark or item from the left menu) and then click back on the tagged bookmark.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a bookmark and add more then one tag.
2. Open the Library and click on the new created bookmark, you should see the tags associated (do not close the Library window).
3. Go back in the browser window and click on the yellow/blue star 
4. Uncheck or delete a few tags and hit enter.
5. Go back to Library and look at bookmark's tags(in Tags column and in properties of the bookmark).
6. Click on the bookmark.

Expected result:
The tags should be updated in properties part of the window too, not only in Tags column.

Actual result:
Tags are the same as before uncheck, even if you click again on the bookmark.

Able to reproduce. After Step 4, deletion of tags are updated in the tags column and but not in the properties of the bookmark item in bookmarks menu. Can see all the tags which were created in step 1.
