62513 - Need XUL based dialog for plug-in to avoid GTK dependency and L10N

Plug-in dialog is still GTK+ based, which is preventing
fully-localization and removing GTK+ dependency.
Please continue to work on the patch that had been attached
in bug 55261.

The same problem also exists in file chooser dialog of Editor
(bug 47553). We need to remove all dependencies of GTK+. There
is no common way to localize the messages on GTK+ widget.
From I18N/L10N point of view, this is a bug.

The code is in modules/plugin/default/unix/nullplugin.c
It looks the initial developement is done by [e-mail] and 
[e-mail]

reassign back to katakai.
Katakai, can you work with [e-mail] and [e-mail] to fix it ?

 I'd like to confirm. The fix of bug 83754 contains XUL dialog?
 If so, can I close this as dup of bug 83754? or do I have to do
 any special work as this bug?

well, the plan is to replace native nullplugin dll with simple XUL file,
so if there will be any dialogs, surely its will be XUL ones.
