Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110112 Firefox/4.0b10pre The download progress for updates isn't removed when clicking on the cancel button. It happens in the extensions, appearances, and available updates pane. Steps: 1. Install an old build of an extension/theme 2. Switch to manual updates 3. Check for updates 4. Click on "Update Now" 5. Click the Cancel button After step 5 the download progress widget is still visible but as it looks like the update has been correctly canceled.
That's not only happening for manual but also automatic updates.
