In the original Forum PRD (Questions) mockups (see URL) we had a yellow badge for when a thread had a certain number of replies that had helpful votes so users could see that even though it wasn't "solved" there may be useful information in the thread.

This doesn't seem to work. Let's fix that.
I've tested that there is still no evidence for questions with "helpful answers" after a search for example;
Is this still valid?

In any case in advanced searches for question with filter "Has helpful answers" the query works fine even if it is not clear from the user interface result list.
This is an old bug that applied to a redesign or two ago. I would argue that users looking for help won't be finding questions through the /questions list. They would be using search, and we already filter on questions with helpful votes.

Closing it out.
