Just upgraded from b8 to b9.  Closing a tab in a window with 4 active and 5 "bar tab" tabs, makes all others disappear and then reappear.  Screenshot attached.

I'll also add that mousing over tabs makes the tab bar flash or disappear (but not all the time).

Any addons installed? If so please paste the list from the troubleshooting link in the Help Menu or try running in safe mode to see if an addon is interfering.

Missing tab issue - http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13229249/flashing-fxb9.mov . I opened a blank tab, closed it and then closed a couple other tabs.

I'll try to repo in safe mode.

Able to repo in safe mode with all addons disabled.  UI flashes while typing this message (browser title bar).
