Open a lot of tabs, so you can change the tabs with the arrow on the left/right side. 2.) Click on the left tab, but be sure, that some more tabs have to be on the left side, but be hidden. Actual Results: There is a graphical glitch on the left side. Expected Results: No graphical glitch.

Well I can confirm the bug on FF 4b10 and FF 4b11pre (latest nightly) on OSX, but as can be seen in the screenshot it's a very minor visual glitch. This small issue is a consequence of the design for the left and right arrow buttons that appear when there are overflowing tabs in the tab strip, or of how the overflowing tabs are managed/designed. In a number of scenarios, the extremities of tabs get cut off. See Bug 626030 for a similar visual glitch.
WFM Firefox 23 on Mountain Lion. Please reopen if you can still reproduce this issue.
