In current nightlies, panning with frameset pages is completely broken. I first noticed this with the 2011-01-14 nightly on my N900 when trying to reproduce a different slight panning bug I saw with frames in the latest beta release, and I can reproduce the problem on the Linux desktop 2011-01-15 nightly as well.

STR: Load http://www.slis.indiana.edu/faculty/hrosenba/www/Demo/DemoFrame.html in Fennec, see that nothing can be panned there, not even the URLbar goes away though it hides parts of the page.
Note that: 1) the URLbar still works, so you can navigate away from the deadlock this generates, and 2) both jsconsole and the OS console (tried by starting the desktop version from a terminal) don't display anything noteworthy.

This might be something with e10s but I have too little clue to tell exactly.
This is on official Fennec/4.0b4pre nightly builds, just as a note.
