With bug 576544 mostly done, we could just filter the results instead of reloading the page when clicking on a pusher name.

That is a great idea. UI-wise I would suggest to open the filter dropdown with the email prefilled, that would make it clear that it is non-destructive.

This is making clicking on an email address filtering in a non-destructive way.
In addition, clicking on an email address we are already filtering is removing pusher filter.
