With the fix on bug 593535 we are still showing up the "Error downloading" state in the search list view if an extension could not be downloaded. See the screenshot. That's not part of the initial mockup (attachment 475403 [details]) Jennifer has attached to bug 593535. Instead of showing the error state we should instead show the Install button.

Steps:
1. Search for add-ons in the AOM
2. Go offline
3. Try to install a search result
