It is #90 top crasher in 4.0b9 for the last week. This dll is part of premieropinion: http://www.premieropinion.com/Home.aspx Avira considers it as a spyware: http://forum.avira.com/wbb/index.php?page=Thread&postID=760680

Does premieropinion add itself as an addon, or just drop the dll? That is, are we looking for addon blocklist here, or DLL blocklist? (If the latter, I'd love a patch to https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/xre/nsWindowsDllBlocklist.h for review!)
After further investigations, these crashes are correlated to the RelevantKnowledge extension. May be there is also a pmxg.dll DLL in this extension and premieropinion is not implicated in these crashes. So it is probably a dupe of bug 615518.
